Return Policy
Ripple Works is a small custom raft gear business. We want you to be satisfied with our products and we will gladly exchange any defective merchandise. In order to keep our prices low, we charge a 20% restocking fee for the return or exchange of non-defective merchandise and are not able to refund shipping costs. All returns must have prior authorization from Ripple Works. Please consider your needs and the products carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Information
We ship orders as soon as possible. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take a little extra time to get to you.
Please let us know if you need a rush order by writing a note in the special instructions section during checkout, also let us know if you are flexible on colors and/or consider selecting expedited shipping when placing your order.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

If the Post Office doesn’t deliver to a street address in your area, a Post Office box number is required for delivery
